The PresenceOS platform, including its design, features, and code, is owned by PresenceOS and protected by intellectual property laws. You may not copy or reproduce any part without permission.
7. Termination
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms. You may also delete your account at any time from your settings page.
8. Disclaimer of Warranties
PresenceOS is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee that the service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or that connections made will lead to successful outcomes.
9. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, PresenceOS shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the platform.
10. Changes to Terms
We may update these terms from time to time. We will notify users of significant changes via email or a notice on the platform. Continued use constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
